We were on a pre-planned thirty day trip when the house sold in three days. Walter did an excellent job coordinating the negotiations and the required paperwork as we continued our trip. 

 Tyler was very responsive and an excellent communicator over a two periods of looking for a home. He continued to send leads and possible options over the entire time. He was flexible and willing to meet on short notice. Tyler always returned calls and followed up in a timely maner. Because we were doing the transaction remotely, Tyler helped with process on a local level making all the necessary contacts requested. He also stood in for us when we could not be there.
