 Everything Kim did seemed to be above the call of duty. Including communicating effectively with the builder and at her own expense making sure things were included (garage door opener). We are a hard group to please but Kim did it!!!!! If we sell again, Kim will get the call.

Being 1000 miles away, we appeciated this immensely. When we traveled to Bozeman, you accomodated your schedule to fit ours, and were able to schedule showings for all of the properties we requested which was challenging with our short time frame. You were in tune to our taste and requirement but realistic in taking into consideration our budget, goals, familial and seasonal challenges with each property. You inspired confidence in us to go back to Minnesota and list our home.
