Marilyn Delger is very excited to be starting a new career in the Bozeman real estate business. She is an avid Montanan and very active in the Bozeman community. Her goal when she retired from the Bozeman Schools was to find a new career that would utilize her talents. She loves working with people and is excited to help you with your real estate needs!

As a school administrator Marilyn was recognized for her leadership abilities and for building strategic community relationships. She has a reputation for excellent communication skills, work ethic, creative problem solving ability, and honesty. She loves to learn and enjoys new challenges.
Community:
Most recently, Marilyn served six years as a board member of the Bozeman Schools Foundation. She still volunteers for the Foundation Spelling Bee, Excellence in Education Banquet, and Literacy Project. She was a charter member of the Sourdough Lions Club and enthusiastically supports Gallatin Valley service organizations. She served as the board chair during the first years of the Montana Ballet and recently was a volunteer with the Bozeman Library’s One-Book-One Bozeman program.
Personal:
Marilyn grew up on a cattle ranch in the Helena Valley and then graduated from Montana State University with a degree in teaching. She has worked as a teacher and principal in the Gallatin Valley for over forty years.
Marilyn recently retired from working as the Elementary Principal at Hawthorne School. As an administrator she wrote and received over $700,000 in grants for enhanced educational opportunities in the areas of foreign language and aesthetic literacy. Under her leadership, Hawthorne School was nationally recognized as a model school for integration of the fine arts.
Marilyn and her husband built and sold five homes in the Gallatin Valley. This has given her valuable knowledge about construction and real estate in Bozeman. Marilyn is the mother of two grown children and has eight grandchildren in Billings and Kansas City.
