Robyn joined the sales staff of ERA Landmark Real Estate in 1982, working in sales and management positions until purchasing the company in October 1990. Erlenbush actively manages the business and brokerage concerns of her company. ERA Landmark Real Estate, with offices in Bozeman, Big Sky, Livingston and Clyde Park has 48 full-time real estate professionals who specialize in all aspects of real estate. The company has maintained a premiere status in the marketplace for over a quarter of a century. In February 2002, the company established a commercial division and branded the division NAI Landmark in September 2008. Erlenbush acquired Intermountain Property Management and MontanaVacation.com in October of 2003. In March 2004, ERA Landmark acquired Western Land Office in Livingston and Clyde Park.

EDUCATION AND DESIGNATIONS: Mesa Community College and Arizona State University- Music Education CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) CRB (Certified Residential Broker) Erlenbush has been a featured speaker at the Montana/Idaho State REALTOR® Convention, ERA International Business Conferences and Top 50 ERA meetings. She is the former chair and active member of the state forms committee, teaches a 4-hour continuing education class on Montana REALTOR® forms and is the co-instructor for the Board of Realty Regulation 12-hour course for all new licensees in the state of Montana. Robyn is active in her community including the Museum of the Rockies, Gallatin Development Corporation, Bozeman Rotary Club, Bozeman Symphony, Performing Arts Center, Montana State University Bobcat Boosters and College of Music Advisory Council, United Way of Gallatin County and YMCA. She is a past Trustee for the Bozeman Deaconess Health Services and a director for Big Sky Western Bank. She is a Montana native and has lived in Bozeman since 1981 with her husband, Orville.

Big Sky For Sale! Big Sky Market Stats - Wed, 01/27/2010

As the new year takes off, residential inventory levels in Big Sky tighten for the first time in years. The supply of homes in Big Sky decreased 15% December 2009 as compared to December 2008. The number of Big Sky condominiums on the market declined by 5% for the same time period. ERA-Big Sky agents indicate that this effect is the positive result of properties selling.

December's Inventory Market Stats - Fri, 01/22/2010

The supply of homes within the Bozeman city limits declined 26% December 2009 from inventory levels in December 2008. This adjustment continues to be a step in the right direction and has been a positive trend for the past 3 months. The supply of homes in Belgrade decreased 29% December 2009 as compared to December 2008 indicating progress toward a general balance between buyers and sellers.
