Tyler Garrison is an ERA Landmark Real Estate sales associate who brings very unique experience to his real estate business. Tyler and his wife are long-time Bozeman residents and Tyler is very familiar with the entire Bozeman area. However, Tyler and his family live on the north side of Bozeman and Tyler has become something of an expert on Bozeman’s historic and quaint older neighborhoods.

It’s also not surprising that Tyler and his family are very outdoor-oriented, especially if it involves fishing. Tyler has been a successful fly fishing outfitter and still entertains clients on the river from time to time. This has led to Tyler becoming very familiar with the area’s river-related and other rural properties.

So, regardless of what style of new home or property you may be looking for, Tyler has a depth of knowledge of Bozeman’s real estate diversity that few Realtors can claim. From historic to river front, Tyler knows the area and has a reputation for finding his clients their very special piece of the “Last Great Place”.
