Get to know KATIE HALEY GRIMM

BACKGROUND:  Katie Haley Grimm has worked in real estate at Big Sky since 1977.  She holds an International Collection Certification and a Top Gun Designation through ERA and has also been recognized as part of the ERA National Leadership Team.  More recently she is a Certified Residential Specialist and Resort Specialist with the National Association of Realtors.  

COMPETITIVE EDGE:  Katie has exceptional community relationships and knowledge of the Big Sky Area Market having lived there since 1975.  Her negotiating skills and willingness to participate with the Multiple Listing Service and all the associates provides her clients with smooth and successful transactions.

EDUCATION:  Katie graduated from Pace University in New York in Business Administration.  She attends conferences and conventions regularly to learn latest cutting edge technology, marketing trends and real estate market information especially Resort and Second Home markets.

PERSONAL:  Katie lives in Big Sky with her husband Jake where they raised their children, Julie and Christine.  She is also co-owner of Jake’s Horses and Outfitting, a year –round trail ride and outfitting operation in the Gallatin Canyon.  Her community service extends over the years from business organizations and the Chamber of Commerce to the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, Gallatin County and Church Boards.
