Originally, from Arkansas, Mary was a cash grain broker in Tennessee and Pennsylvania, introducing the wonder of feeding cottonseed to the northeast dairy industry before changing careers.

She spent her first two summers in Yellowstone in 1977 and 1979.  She knew then that she had been born in the wrong place! Mary returned to the west in 1989 to work in Yellowstone National Park.  After 20 plus years working in the hospitality industry handling all of VIP’s, government officials and visiting dignitaries in Yellowstone, she moved to Livingston, bought a 100 year old restaurant in the old train depot, renovated it and sold it in 2007. 
 
Mary joined ERA Landmark/Western Land in May of 2008.  She has had some exceptional experiences with some very exceptional people and looks forward to continuing this adventure through her work in real estate.
 
A combination of years of sales and marketing, customer service and business management, She has learned to anticipate the needs of my clients.  Always going the extra mile, Mary has been recognized for her excellent customer service skills.  Working in the field of selling commodities, she has also honed her negotiation skills.  Mary is proud of her honesty, integrity and high work ethics.  She is dedicated to her new career and her clients.  20 years in Paradise Valley and the Lower Yellowstone Valley, Mary knows the privilege and challenge of living next to a national park.  She is passionate about where she lives.  She has seen the change in the landscape and it will be important for her to be able to lead, guide and direct her clients to maximize on their decision.
 
Mary attended the University of Arkansas majoring in Psychology.  While in Nashville, she took my real estate exam and continuing education with Real Estate Law I & II. She also held a Tennessee Insurance Licenses.  Mary attended the Connole-Morton Real Estate School and she is continuing her real estate education by attending numerous courses.
 
Mary is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Park County Board of Realtors serving as secretary.
 
While living in Nashville, Mary formed the Broadway Revitalization Group and was recognized by Historic Nashville for her efforts in promoting downtown renovation projects.  While living in York, Pennsylvania, she served on the Historical Architectural Review Board,  served on the YWCA Board/Membership/Leadership Committee and Riding for the Handicap.  In Gardiner, Montana, Mary served on the Yellowstone Country Montana board for five years and the Gardiner Chamber of Commerce as a board member serving as president her last year in Gardiner.  In Livingston, she was appointed to the Urban Renewal Board and Vision Livingston Downtown Partnership.  She currently serves on Horse Medicine, an equine assisted growth learning and education program for at risk children.  Mary believes we are all responsible for giving something back to the community that sustains us in our everyday lives.  It is important to be a part of that tapestry in whatever capacity, however small. It makes up the whole and thus it is important.
 
She recently married her husband David, a native of Colorado and a builder.  Mary is an insatiable reader, loves hiking, riding her Harley and seeing the world through her dog’s eyes.
