PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND:
Sharon Tudor Isler has been a full-time, active Realtor since 1987. Sharon has consistently ranked in the top ½ of 1% of 28,000 ERA agents nationwide and has been recognized with many awards, including the ERA Customer Service Award and the Gallatin Association of Realtors®  Salesperson of the Year in 1999 and 1991, as well as Rookie of the Year in 1988. She regularly attends continuing education classes and keeps abreast of new developments in technology, marketing, and real estate forms and current issues. She holds the Graduate Realtor®  Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designations. Her real estate specialties include residential, relocation and vacant land.

COMMUNITY SERVICE & PROFESSIONAL INVOLVEMENT:
Sharon is committed to giving back to the community. She has served as president of the Montana Association of Symphony Orchestra, Bozeman Symphony Orchestra and Choir, Kiwanis, Performing Arts Center and Bridger Canyon Women’s Club. In addition, she supports with time and money many community and civic organizations including United Way, The Soldiers’ Chapel at Big Sky, her church, the Museum of the Rockies, Deaconess Philanthropy Council, and Advisory Committee MSU Music Department. She is also a member of the National, Montana and Gallatin Association of Realtors® and the Southwest Montana Multiple Listing Service.

PREVIOUS CAREER EXPERIENCE:
Sharon has expertise in customer service and marketing through many years of experience in real estate, retail marketing, radio sales and print sales. She graduated cum laude from Colorado Woman’s College.

PERSONAL:
Sharon has lived in the Gallatin Valley since 1971.  Sharon’s long-term familiarity with the people and places of the Bozeman area and Gallatin County gives her the experience and knowledge to help sellers and buyers through their real estate transactions.

Negative Equity by State: Where does Montana fall? (from WSJ.com) - Wed, 12/15/2010

Great news from WSJ that shows Montana as having one of the least amounts of “underwater” loans – 7% (with another 3. 5% possible).  That compares to NV w/ 66.5%, AZ with 48.6%, FL 45.5%, MI 37.6%.  Seems like we’re looking good and that should give buyers confidence to buy in Montana!
