"I guess Diane and I would be considered by most as "difficult" clients. After visiting Bozeman five times and viewing what seemed like dozens of homes, many Realtors would have dismissed us as mere "tire kickers" who were unserious about actually purchasing a home. You did not ever give up on us and were friendly and extraordinarily understanding and helpful.

August Greetings from Sharon and Brian! - Mon, 8/19/2013

We can't believe the summer is winding down. Hope you all had a wonderful one with friends and family, vacations and weekend trips, shopping and dining in our picturesque downtown area, and all the fun that our Bozeman area offers!

This has been a very active real estate season, and doesn't show signs of slowing. There's still time to get into the market - whether selling or buying. And we're here - ready to help in any way we can.

Amazingly, the luscious greens of spring are still with us in the valley and in Bridger Canyon, even though haying has started. We've had our first two Downtown Art Walks of the summer with the 2nd just last night - the 12th. If you didn't get to check out ERA Landmark Downtown (at 8 E. Main- next to Millers Jewelry) where we're showing the poster entrants in the Sweet Pea Festival poster contest, please drop in anytime. You'll even get to vote on your favorite entrant! (We already know the judges' choice.)

May Greetings from Sharon and Brian - Fri, 5/17/2013

What wonderful spring weather we're having! We're welcoming our feathered friends back - Don saw a Lazuli Bunting this week! The goldfinches have turned to their brilliant yellow summer plumage. We're enjoying seeing the calves on the Ham ranch in Bridger Canyon. Elk are calving and we're seeing fawns. And wildflowers are pushing their heads up in the forests and meadows. Most glorious, though, are the pink, rose, and white apple and crabapple trees all over town - and the sunny yellow forsythia.

April Greetings from Sharon & Brian! - Fri, 4/12/2013

Don’t you love the way spring comes, hesitatingly, with starts and stops, to Montana?  Bluebirds and robins have been sighted, but the cold weather is worrisome for them.  And the elk herds are on the move.  We just enjoy the warming sun when we have it.  It’s still the “Last Best Place!”

Here are some spring thoughts for your perusal.  If you have ideas of something you’d liked to read in these monthly newsletters, just let us know.
