Julie Kennedy is committed to her job as a full time REALTOR® in Park, Gallatin and surrounding counties. She stays abreast of her market’s activities.

With over 32 years in the area, Julie has the resources and networks in place to facilitate a smooth transaction for everyone involved.
Julie feels that life-long learning is paramount to success and regularly attends various courses and seminars. Recent training includes 1031 exchange, negotiations, listing strategies and specialized buyer’s agent training.
She has a Brokers licence and the Graduate Relator Institute (GRI) designation. Julie also is a member of the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council (REBAC), the council of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and is working on her designation in each of these fields.
Julie’s clients will often comment on her ability to really listen to their needs, her honesty, availability, intuition, patience and positive attitude as well as her ability to ensure all parties enjoy themselves throughout the process. Her goal is make sure her clients are making the best financial decision possible in this changing real estate market.
She began her real estate career in Bozeman as a REALTOR® in the early 1980’s. Leaving real estate to raise her family, she returned in 2000 to work as staff and relicensed in May of 2006.
Julie is involved in the agriculture community and is committed to the youth of Park County through her involvement in several youth development organizations, namely 4H and FFA at the local, state, and national levels.
She and her husband, Bill, enjoy many hours horseback riding the mountain trails, team roping and bird hunting together. She is proud of their two daughters, Hailey, in her (super) senior year at Cornell University in New York and Maggie, who loves her first year at Montana State University in Bozeman, Montana.
