Scott Molzahn is a licensed, professional real estate agent serving the Gallatin Valley of Southwestern Montana. Communities encompassed in his real estate activities include Bozeman, Belgrade, Manhattan, Gallatin Gateway, Four Corners, Three Forks, Bridger Canyon, and the Gallatin Canyon.

Scott has been Montana real estate licensee since Feb. of 2006. Since then, he has consistently ranked in the top 10% ERA Associates in local, regional, and national categories. Scott has earned the GRI designation, and recently graduated from ERA's Top Gun Academy with his "wings". He is a member of the National Association of Realtors®, the Montana Association of Realtors®, and the Gallatin Association of Realtors® (GAR). Scott is very active in GAR currently serving as chairman of the Membership Committee and has been elected to the Board of Directors for 2009. He is also a member of the National Association of Home Builders, Montana Association of Home Builders, and an affiliate member of the Southwest Montana Home Building Industry Association. Scott is member of the Bozeman Exchange Club and is currently Vice President along with serving on the membership committee and is a Board Director. He is active in fundraising through ERA Landmark Real Estate and it's annual MDA benefit golf tournament. Scott is an associate member of the Prospera Business Network and is a past director of the local Harley Owners Group.

Scott grew up on a family farm in southwestern North Dakota. He earned his BA from the University of Montana. He is dedicated to continual education in the real estate field and is currently working on his CRS, ABR, and Broker designations. Before obtaining his real estate license, Scott had a 26 year career in the construction industry culminating in successfully managing Scott Molzahn, Inc, a residential general contracting business from 2000 through 2006. Scott's customers and clients have the benefit of that long association with the local construction industry.

Scott Molzahn GRI, Broker with ERA Landmark Real Estate recently attended the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Annual Convention held in Orlando, FL, November 9-12. The conference, which was attended by real estate professionals from around the world, offered sessions and panel discussions with NAR leadership, lending/finance professionals and marketing/technology experts. Molzahn attended the conference representing the Gallatin Association of Realtors as 2012 President. He served as a NAR voting delegate, and voting member of the Conventional Lending and Finance Committee.

Scott Molzahn GRI, Broker with ERA Landmark Real Estate recently attended the National Association of Realtors (NAR) Midyear Meetings in Washington, D.C., May 14-18, representing the Gallatin Association of Realtors as 2012 President.
