Barb Morris

Born in Livingston, Barb Morris is a fourth generation Montanan.  Her Great Grandfather was an emissary on the train that Teddy Roosevelt took to Yellowstone National Park. Every time she drives into Gardiner she thinks about the family stories of President Roosevelt dedicating the Arch - For the Benefit And Enjoyment Of the People. When she was four years old her parents moved the family away but her Grandparents remained on Chinook Street and that’s where Barb spent all of her summers. Fortunately life brought her back to Livingston full time in 1992.

Barb’s daughter, Michelle, lives on a ranchette in Livingston. Together they spend a great deal of time taking care of a variety of critters from chickens to horses and all in between. In her free time, Barb enjoys camping and taking the dogs to the lake and enjoys all that Montana offers. She loves living here because it is a wonderful place to live, work and play (and not necessarily in that order!)

Having worked in interior design, Barb enjoyed helping build two custom houses in Oregon. She enjoyed the process so much that she decided to make Real Estate a career. In 1996 she became a Broker. For her it is a perfect career fit, matching Buyers with their perfect properties, and working hard so that Sellers can move on to their next project. Seeing it all come together is very rewarding. And it is when Buyers and Sellers are no longer called “clients“,  but friends…..well, that is the perfect transaction!
