Sam joined ERA Landmark Western Land in 2001 after 25 years in the business of construction, design, and consulting. Born and raised in Spokane, WA, Sam is an MFA graduate of the University of Oregon has lived and worked across the country from Seattle to Albuquerque including 20 years in New York City. His expertise in real estate is as varied as his life experience making him equally qualified to assist buyers and sellers with homes in and outside of town, rural land properties, luxury homes, and recreational properties. “As a result of many years of client consultation, I have learned how to interpret the needs and goals of my clients. I take this responsibility very seriously.”
Sam holds a Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation and is a member of the ERA International Collection, the Park County Board of Realtors, and the Southwest Montana Multiple Listing Service. He describes himself as a 24/7 Realtor with unique insight into custom home construction and client property concerns.
Sam and his wife Christine have been residents of the area since 1998 and live in the country on the outskirts of Livingston. Sam enjoys fishing and hunting while continuing his life-long passion as a hockey player.
