Kim Spain

 Kim is very calm, competent , professional and offered prompt replies to all of our concerns and represented us well.

 Kim took into account our needs and fit my wife an I with a home that was perfect for us in this stage of our lives. She was very quick to respond to our e-mails/phone calls and took immediate action. It is my honest opinion that we wouldn't be as happy with our new home selection and location withouth Kim Spain. She's a rock star.

 Everything Kim did seemed to be above the call of duty. Including communicating effectively with the builder and at her own expense making sure things were included (garage door opener). We are a hard group to please but Kim did it!!!!! If we sell again, Kim will get the call.
