Being raised and educated in this beautiful valley has helped me appreciate why people want to move here. Living in Bozeman since 1971, I feel that I have a deep and personal understanding of a buyer’s need to find that “perfect” home in the “Last Best Place.” I know your purchase could very well be one of the biggest decisions you have made in the past few years and my experience can help.

I have been a REALTOR® since 2001. I have the CRS, GRI, GREEN, SRES and ABR designations and have worked with one of the top agents for ERA for the past 15 years. I am a Member of the National, Montana and Gallatin Association of REALTORS® and the Big Sky Multiple Listing Service. I serve on the GAR Board of Directors and am on the 2018 GAR Professional Standards Committee. I am a Past Chair of the GAR Education Committee.

On a personal note, I am a huge supporter of the Arts. I frequent the Symphony, Opera and Shakespeare in the parks. I have been a professional chef for 20 years. I was the Master of Masonic Lodge #6 for the 2017-2018 year and have served on the Masonic Temple Inc. Board since 2016.

• Complete a preliminary search of properties currently available that fit your requirements.

• Complete market research, whenever possible, so that you may make a knowledgeable and competitive offer.
• Use all my knowledge and skill in the complicated process of writing all your offers and all other contracts.
• Complete a closing-costs estimate for you at the writing of offers.

Brian Tudor Receives Accredited Buyer’s Representative Designation - Tue, 12/15/2015

Robyn Erlenbush, Broker/Owner of ERA Landmark Real Estate is pleased to announce that Brian Tudor received accreditation as a homebuyer representative from the Real Estate Buyer's Agency Council.
