Kim was born in Boston, Massachusetts, raised in Dallas, Texas and has lived in Bozeman, Montana since 1978. She has two children: Brock and Brook; daughter-in-law, Julia, and five grandchildren, Riley, Tracer, Jaxon, Reese and Channing. Brock graduated from Montana State University with his Master's Degree in Architecture and has opened his own business, BKS Design & Build. Brook graduated from Gary Manuel Aveda Institute of Cosmetology in Seattle, Washington and has since opened her own salon in Four Corners called Brooklynn Studio.
Kim Spain joined the sales staff of ERA Landmark Real Estate in September of 2005. She currently focuses her interests in new construction, residential real estate and vacant land which are natural progressions from her strong building background. Kim has more than 20 years of experience as a partner in various land and building projects, has owned and managed income property and is now working on extending her portfolio in real estate. Her familiarity with the building industry gives Kim a unique view of the residential and land opportunities in Southwest Montana. Kim understands the importance of providing her clients with the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. Kim has seen the growth and prosperity of Bozeman and its surrounding areas and can help her clients realize their real estate dreams.
Kim is a 1979 graduate of Bozeman Senior High School. She also has years of experience in accounting, interior and floral design, management, retail sales and marketing. Kim has been very active in the Bozeman community. She donated a lot of her time to Hawk Boosters, After Proms, Bozeman School PAC and several other school activities over the years. Kim received the Unsung Hero Award for her years of volunteer work at Morning Star Elementary School. She was also a big part of the Bozeman Deaconess Fundraiser for many years.
Kim is a member of the National, Montana and Gallatin Association of Realtors® and the Southwest Montana Multiple Listing Service.

I have two amazing children. Brock and Brook Spain. Brock is an architect and builder. He owns his own business called BKS Design & Build. He's married to his high school sweetheart Julia. They have blessed me with four adorable grand-babies, Riley, Tracer, Jaxon, and Reese. Brook graduated from Gary Manuel Aveda Institute of Cosmetology in Seattle, Washington and has since opened her own salon in Four Corners called Brooklynn Studio. Brook also had an adorable baby girl named, my most recent grand baby, named Channing.
