Gator published the book, Experience Western Montana, an image enhancement for businesses of Western Montana. He followed with a role as Advertising Executive Manager for the national magazine, American Cowboy in beautiful Sheridan, Wyoming. Gator is the former Advertising Director for the award-winning magazine, Big Sky Journal, based in Bozeman.

Gator earned his real estate license in 2002 and began his career with ERA Landmark Real Estate. He specializes in residential, land and recreational/luxury properties. He prides himself on his ability to motivate himself and others towards a common goal with enthusiasm, humor and leads by example with his strong work ethic. He’s a skilled negotiator, active listener, responsive and provides reliable service while upholding client privacy. With many years of publishing and advertising experience, he plays a crucial role in the direct marketing of property to the right audience, which saves valuable time for clients and produces results. His contacts throughout Montana include many involved in the building industry from the interior to the exterior, which further assists his clients in making their dreams a reality. He represents an array of high profile clients, including CEO’s, musicians, celebrities and professional athletes.
Gator is a past board member of the local Pheasants Forever. He is also a member of the Gallatin Association of REALTORS, Southwest Montana Multiple Listing Service, Southwest Montana Ranch Brokers Association and an elite member of the Premier Homes Networking Group.
