BACKGROUND:
In 1989, after enjoying a successful career in the food and beverage industry, Peanuts began her career in real estate with ERA Landmark Real Estate. She earned her Montana Real Estate License the following year. Because of her outgoing personality and desire to grow professionally, Peanuts acquired the responsibilities of Relocation Coordinator for the company.

COMPETITIVE EDGE:
Peanuts specializes in family and corporate relocation and referrals. She understands the stress and confusion involved when someone moves across the country or just across town. She takes special pride in matching her clients with the right sales associate and ultimately the right property. Peanuts’ background has taught her to listen to her clients and concentrate on their special needs and concerns. She utilizes 17+ years of real estate experience and networking skills to ensure her clients have a pleasant, successful moving experience. Changing market times have also kept her abreast to clients needs.

In keeping with ERA’s “Always There For You” philosophy, Peanuts attends ERA Franchise and Cendant Mobility relocation conferences, and other major relocation continuing education seminars. She stays abreast with the constantly changing technology and industry standards, and is continually expanding her referral base.

COMMUNITY SERVICE AND PROFESSIONAL INVOLVEMENT:
To show her appreciation for living in such a beautiful community, Peanuts is actively involved in the Montana State University Athletic Scholarship Association and Bobcat Booster Club and has volunteered time to Montana Public Broadcasting (PBS), Bozeman Area Chamber of Commerce and the Gallatin Valley Big Brothers and Sisters program.

EDUCATION AND PREVIOUS CAREER EXPERIENCES:
In 1974, Peanuts earned a degree in Social Justice from Montana State University. Prior to pursuing her real estate career with ERA Landmark, she spent 14 years as a co-owner/manager of three licensed food and beverage establishments in the Bozeman area.

PERSONAL:
In her free time, Peanuts and her husband enjoy traveling the great State of Montana, entertaining family and friends, golfing, gardening, creating culinary delights, spending time with their poodle and new found grand parenting.
