"Very professional and friendly!  Theresa always found time to answer my calls, texts and questions. She provided a lot of additional information for the new buyer and myself.  I would like her to be my agent in my future home ownership adventures."

ERA Landmark Gives Back

We live here, we love it here!

We have a special affinity for this part of Montana, with its magnificent scenery, year-round recreation and strong sense of history and community. We take great pride in supporting the local and national organizations that make our community unique and strong. We feel so fortunate to live in “The Last Best Place” that we are committed to giving our time, raising funds, and lending our resources to help those in need.

How ERA Landmark Started Giving Back

ERA Landmark established the Christmas Fund 1984 when we originally cut Montana Christmas trees and sold them at our office parking lot. We also collected new and used toys to distribute. After a few years of heavy lifting and the desire not to compete with local tree lots, we decided to dedicate a portion of each real estate closing to create the funding. Over the past 27 years, the Christmas Fund has collected over $90,000 for more than a dozen local charities. In addition to the Christmas Fund, ERA Landmark associates have given money, time and resources to other local and national organizations such as MDA, United Way, Special Olympics, Gallatin Valley Food Bank, etc. based on need and the impact the organizations have on the community.

ERA Landmark Season of Giving

Since 1987, ERA Landmark and our associates have contributed a portion of each transaction to a fund dedicated to assisting children in our community. Each November and December, the “Season of Giving,” we allocate these funds, plus additional gifts from our associates, to local organizations to help make the holidays a little brighter for local families in need. This year, we are happy to support Adopt-a-Sox, Boys & Girls Club of Southwest Montana, Family Promise, The Gallatin Valley Food Bank, Haven, The Salvation Army, and Thrive.

ERA Agents of Hope Carnival

Lending a hand to help combat neuromuscular disease, ERA Landmark Real Estate is hosts the MDA Agents of Hope Carnival at Bogert Park in Bozeman the second Saturday in August. Funds raised at the event support the Montana Chapter of the Muscular Dystrophy Association and help send Montana kids to MDA Summer Camp. For more information, visit www.ERACarnival.com
