Sue closed in excess of $84 million in volume, among more than 38,700 ERA Franchise Systems associates worldwide. This world-wide achievement continues her top status in addition to being ranked #1 in the nation for ERA for the past 5 years. Sue entered the real estate industry in 1983 and has been honored with many local, state and national production awards, including Wall Street Journals’ Top 200 agents for 2006. Sue has consistently ranked nationally in ERA’s Top Ten every year from 1988 through 2006 and previously ranked #1 in 1990, 1991, 1997, 1999 and 2002 through 2006.

Sue’s volume production outpaced ERA associates in much higher price-point markets which exemplifies her success and commitment to her clients. Sue was a recent key-note speaker for ERA Shields in Colorado Springs and featured speaker earlier this year for the Gallatin Association of REALTORS®. Sue holds the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designations and specializes in all residential, commercial and vacant land properties.
