Amanda Weber Obtains Broker's License
Posted on January 9, 2024 by ERA LandmarkERA Landmark is proud to announce that Amanda Weber, out of our Bozeman office, has received her Broker's License from the Board of Realty of the State of Montana. Amanda has showcased her commitment to providing valuable real estate services by completing 60 hours of licensing instruction, passing the Montana Broker Examination, and meeting the sales transaction requirements of 30 residential sales and 10 commercial or agriculture sales in the last 3 years, to obtain licensure as a Broker.
Amanda was raised on a family farm in Maryland surrounded by a household of Real Estate Brokers going back four generations, so it was only natural for her to continue the legacy of working in the Real Estate Industry. Such exposure from a young age allowed her to gain extensive knowledge regarding real property, land management, and conservation. As a graduate of Stevenson University with a degree in Business Administration, she relocated to Bozeman to sustain an active lifestyle in the mountains.
An avid equestrian, she is a volunteer with the local Equine Adaptive Riding Program at Eagle Mount. She is also an enthusiastic whitewater kayaker who supports the local paddling community by sponsoring Community Paddle Days and the Gallatin Whitewater Festival. When not around horses or on the water, you can find Amanda playing in the mountains, hiking, and skiing.
Empowering property ownership is her focus, but Amanda strives to be more than just a real estate consultant; she is dedicated to being a steward to the community and sharing her passions with others.
