On December 21, 2017 Tom Gierhan closed on a very unique listing; a small home made out of recycled products and two shipping containers welded together.  This one of a kind shipping container home was constructed by the extremely talented architect, Ty Kelly.  After the deal closed, the buyer moved their new home to the location where they will reside in their lovely new space.  This project required the efforts of many but the uniqueness of the home and its story were enough to attract the help needed.  Curbed wrote a wonderful article on this project.
