Sue Frye, Sales Associate at ERA Landmark Real Estate, is the winner of the ERA International Collection Sapphire Award. This distinguished award honors Frye for her luxury market expertise and her successful sales record in the $850,000+ home market over the past two years. The year is off to a good start with 21 single family homes sold in Bozeman in the first two months of 2010. The current supply of homes (active inventory) within the city of Bozeman is 243.
