Congratulations to the 2013 ERA Landmark Western Land Scholarship Winner
ERA Landmark Western Land would like to congratulate Park High School senior Haley Dowdell. Haley was recently awarded the office’s 2013 scholarship to be used during the 2012/2013 academic year. Haley was presented with the scholarship from the Livingston office by associate Julie Kennedy (pictured left). Good luck next fall at the University of Montana!
Big Sky is Bustling
We are officially in the “Mud” season in Big Sky. This fond local nickname denotes the end of the winter season. Big Sky has much to cheer about this year with record skier days, a rebounding real estate market, national news on a Top Ten Trailhead and great expectations for the upcoming summer.
May Greetings from Sharon and Brian
What wonderful spring weather we’re having! We’re welcoming our feathered friends back – Don saw a Lazuli Bunting this week! The goldfinches have turned to their brilliant yellow summer plumage. We’re enjoying seeing the calves on the Ham ranch in Bridger Canyon. Elk are calving and we’re seeing fawns. And wildflowers are pushing their heads up in the forests and meadows. Most glorious, though, are the pink, rose, and white apple and crabapple trees all over town – and the sunny yellow forsythia.
Ready, Set, Spring
The proverbial “spring is sprung” lingo is all around with most of us cheerfully looking forward to warmer and longer days. It’s also the time that people typically start sprucing up their homes, whether by simply scrubbing the oft forgotten corners or beginning a full scale remodeling project.
