Hello friends and neighbors! I am writing this newsletter to help you know what is going on in and around our neighborhood as well as the Big Sky area. The real estate market is HOT right now and inventory is LOW, but there are still some good deals to be found!
Did you know that there are lots available in the desirable area of South Fork? Currently there are 6 lots listed that range from $155,000-169,000 for approximately a quarter to a third acre. South Fork Phase 5 lots allow for single family homes plus the option to build an attached accessory apartment, as a conditional use under Gallatin County zoning (that one would have to apply for). Most of these lots are ready to build on with all utilities to the lots. I really like the Big Pine Drive lots because they are set up on a hill, overlooking the meadow, they are set off the main road and have a quiet feel to them. There are still lots available on Upper Whitefish drive and on Spruce Cone Drive. Currently, three Packy Cronin lots on Spruce Cone are under contract, which shows what a desirable neighborhood Southfork really is, land is being snapped up!
