Premier Property Rental - Our premier property division manages and rents luxury homes on a long term basis. These are homes valued at $1 Million plus, unfurnished and available for a term of one year at a time. (Shorter terms may be considered) Long Term/Premier Property services include:

Long Term Rentals - The Long Term Rental option is the most common option for investment property owners and typically offers the highest return on your investment. This is an unfurnished rental property available for one year lease term (term depends on time of year).

Corporate Rentals - Corporate Rentals are a short term or monthly rental unit which is fully furnished. This option is ideal for owners looking for a more consistent occupancy. Owners will still have the option of using the unit during vacancy. Corporate Rental services include:
