Housing Market Improves In Bozeman, Across State
Robyn Erlenbush was recently interviewed by the Bozeman Daily Chronicle for an article about the state of our local housing market.
As reported in the Chronicle, Bozeman’s housing market has seen an increase in sales through the first half of 2012, mirroring a statewide housing industry trend, according to figures released by the Montana Association of Realtors. Sales of single-family homes, townhouses and condos grew by nearly 8 percent compared to the same time period last year, according to the recently released statistics. Lot sales increased by 69 percent. “It’s not coming back instantly but there’s definitely a trend. We’re starting to see out-of-state and out-of-country money,” Erlenbush said.
