Inventory levels of single family homes in Bozeman reduced 13% in November 2009 when compared with November 2008. The supply of homes in Belgrade dropped 26% November 2009 from November 2008 supply. November home sales in Bozeman, Belgrade, Three Forks and Manhattan outpaced previous Novembers with 74 homes closed in 2009, 41 sold in 2008 and 54 in 2007. The inventory levels for condominiums and townhomes also reduced 21% in Bozeman and 6% in Belgrade from November 2009 to 2008. These statistics reflect a trend across the residential sector.
