 More good news for Bozeman's local real estate market! Residential inventory is down for the second consecutive month in the Bozeman/Belgrade area! Which means fewer available homes on the market. This is a positive step towards home price stabilization and real estate market recovery. The Belgrade area continues to show the most promise with a stead 23% decrease in inventory since 2008.
