Scott Molzahn GRI, Broker with ERA Landmark Real Estate recently attended the National Association of Realtors (NAR) Midyear Meetings in Washington, D.C., May 14-18, representing the Gallatin Association of Realtors as 2012 President. This convention is where NAR members take an active role to advance the real estate industry, public policy, and the association. Molzahn was among the state delegates that met personally with Senators Max Baucus and Jon Testor, and Representative Dennis Rehberg to discuss issues affecting the housing market.
A highlight of the 5-day event included the Rally to Protect the American Dream. Approximately 13,000 Realtors from every state in the country joined invited members of Congress to demonstrate their commitment to preserving access to homeownership and robust real estate investment.
Molzahn has been with ERA Landmark since obtaining his sales license in 2006 and received his Broker’s license in 2010. He received national recognition from ERA in 2009 and 2010 for obtaining "Beyond Excellence" status.
