NAI’s new Accelerated Marketing Program, known internally as AMP, is off to a fast start with over $150 million in properties signed for the first Commercial Property PowerSale™ on May 1. NAI agents secured listings on 54 properties in 20 states, and the list includes premier opportunities for investors and developers in office, industrial, retail, multifamily and land.

The Commercial Property PowerSale™ was created by NAI Global Members to help property owners optimize the value of their property in today's extremely difficult selling environment. For NAI agents, it represents an opportunity to earn significant sales commissions even in today’s challenging investment sales market.

We are now accepting listings for the second Commercial Property PowerSale™, which scheduled for June 11. Properties to be included in the June 11 PowerSale™ must be initiated in REALTrac™ by April 13. NAI will continue hosting PowerSale™ events throughout 2009 and into 2010, as necessary.
