Mark is an exceptional agent. He's always attentive and open to suggestions and very very knowledgeable about the community and real estate in general.

He is kind and thoughtful and I couldn't recommend him more highly!

"Mark is always there for any questions we have and if he doesn't have the answer he finds out what it is, then gets back to us right away."

Mark was very nice and extremely helpful, especially since we were from out of the area. He handled and arranged things for us and was always happy to do a video with us when we were not there in person. He shared pertinent details about the locations that we wouldn't have known. And he was always cheerful and very non-stressed about things. Never made us feel like we were imposing. Would definitely work with him again! (Though hope we don't move again any time soon!)

Mark was so great to work with, attentive and resourceful, everything we needed in an agent.

"Mark was both well informed on the market and understood the local area and the people. These two aspects allowed us to quickly make informed decisions, without making concessions. The process was efficient, enjoyable and resulted in our first home purchase with no hiccups."

My husband and I love working with Mark. We have used him multiple times! He is knowledgeable, hard-working and just a great guy! We consider him our friend :) We appreciated Mark’s guidance with getting our home ready to sell. He met repairmen at our house to let them in and that really helped since I have a baby!

"Mark is an absolute consummate professional. I cannot imagine a more experienced, helpful Realtor. He has a great deal of home construction experience, so was very helpful with our new home purchase (what to look for, what to ask about). But he was just as helpful when we were looking at older homes, spotting technical details - good and bad - that we might not have noticed. Very easy to get along with, and available whenever we needed him. I would recommend him as a Buyer or Seller without reservation."

WOW. Finally getting to this review- I just want to send a HUGE HUGE thank you to Mark Meissner who went completely above and beyond for my husband and I while helping us purchase our first home. Of course we fell in love with an extremely unique situation and it was not an easy sale to say the least. Mark knew this was the right place for us, he stepped up, never failed to get back to us, answered my million messages, went above and beyond to communicate with the sellers agent and was involved in the many out of the ordinary situations this home required of us. He helped guide us through the storm and as a result we are in love with our first home. Mark- you changed our lives!! We are so thankful and are lost for words for how to tell you how grateful we are we found you as our realtor!! If anyone is looking for the right, steadfast realtor- Mark is your guy!!

"We had the good fortune to have two ERA Sales Associates, Mark Meissner and Tyler Garrison, helping us navigate the incredibly turbulent local real estate market. We first met Mark in the fall of 2020 as someone quite familiar with a neighborhood that we were particularly interested in moving to. Mark expertly advised us and kept us informed of opportunities and options. Eventually, Mark introduced us to his ERA colleague Tyler Garrison who represented us in our successful offer for the home of our dreams, for which Mark was the listing agent with a seller who preferred that he not have dual agency. Tyler was extremely helpful in helping us to craft our complicated winning offer and then assisting us all the way to closing, for which we are extremely grateful. We are particularly appreciative of having the opportunity to get to know Mark Meissner and for all of his assistance. For us, Mark was the perfect real estate agent. He is wise, calm, in a distinctly non- calm market, possessed of the utmost integrity and a deep understanding of both construction and real estate. We feel that our dreams were realized because we had the good fortune to meet Mark Meissner and that ERA is very fortunate to have this wonderful man in their organization."

"Mark was extremely professional and very friendly. We really enjoyed dealing with him and he made the process of selling the home effortless for us. He clearly went far above and beyond what you expect an agent to do."
