Bolstered by its natural resources and a tight labor market, Montana is predicted to stave off any slowdown.
"Are we feeling effects from a national recession? Answer: The base rent charged for the office suites in the building is a reflection of the Lessors' (Landlord) desired return on and of his investment in the building. In many cases, the Lessor’s investment in the common areas is greater than in the leased office suites. Common areas typically include fully handicapped bathrooms, elevators, fire/life safety elements, and many times above standard finishes. All of this adds to the overall cost of the building and must be included when calculating his return on investment.

Livingston:  Another Top 10 ranking

People seem to love Top 10 lists.  It is considered the “ultimate rating” compliment when your state or town receives some well-deserved recognition.  There are so many reasons why Montana has been deemed “The Last Best Place” (a household term to most of us in Montana since the release of an anthology by the same name in the late 1980s), and recently our nearest neighbor to the east has received kudos by being included in yet another Top 10 list.
