Sweet Pea Festival and ERA Landmark Partner for July Art Walk ERA Landmark is pleased to announce that the 2010 Sweet Pea poster entries will be on display at ERA’s Downtown office during the Art Walk on Friday, July 9th from 6 to 8 pm. All 85 posters entered into this year’s contest will be on display along with the original artwork by Marit Lueth that was chosen as the winner. Regional and national buyers are recognizing the values within the Big Sky market and are buying their legacy properties in record numbers. We’ve broken some stats down for you showing residential and condo inventory and sales for the last three years.

Residential inventory in Big Sky has decreased 7% from 2009 and we continue to see a decrease in inventory in the condo market of 16%.  See the graph below.

Both residential and condo units have seen a significant increase in sales since 2008-2009 levels.  The average sold price for residential inventory in Big Sky is $827,461. For condo inventory, the average sales price dips just under the 2008 levels, at $330,952.
