I am quite optimistic in most aspects of life, and finding silver linings in the real estate industry is becoming exceptionally easy as of late. Legislation, media kudos, declining interest rates, and falling foreclosure figures all have positive reports as we move into summer, the traditionally busy selling season. Here is a brief recap.

ERA Landmark is pleased to announce that the 2012 Sweet Pea poster entries will be on display at ERA’s Downtown Bozeman office during the Art Walk on Friday, July 13th from 6 to 8 pm. All 69 posters entered into this year’s contest will be on display along with the original artwork by Amanda Morton that was chosen as the winner. Read more about the poster contest here.

Delger recently retired from working as the Elementary Principal at Hawthorne School. She served six years as a board member of the Bozeman Schools Foundation and still volunteers for the Foundation Spelling Bee, Excellence in Education Banquet, and Literacy Project.   Delger and her husband have built and sold five homes in the Gallatin Valley giving her valuable experience in the construction and real estate industry. What beautiful weather we're having! We're looking forward to another wonderful summer in our favorite place - BOZEMAN! Downtown is hopping! Hope you get to some of the Art Walks - they're held the 2nd Friday of the month downtown from 6-8. The Museum of the Rockies has a new show "Napoleon." Brian has seen it and was very impressed.
