If I’ve said it once, I’ve said it a few thousand times…Bozeman is undeniably a fabulous place to live, work, and visit.  It is easy to pick out tangible qualities such as gorgeous scenery, the availability of year-round outdoor pursuits, the university, culture, and shopping.  But what about the intangible attributes that transform an ordinary town into an extraordinary community?  One of the top indicators that come to my mind is the number and quality of nonprofit organizations that bring essential services to Bozeman and the surrounding area.  Their missions are as varied as the causes and populations they serve.

Scott Molzahn GRI, Broker with ERA Landmark Real Estate recently attended the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Annual Convention held in Orlando, FL, November 9-12. The conference, which was attended by real estate professionals from around the world, offered sessions and panel discussions with NAR leadership, lending/finance professionals, and marketing/technology experts. Molzahn attended the conference representing the Gallatin Association of Realtors as the 2012 President. He served as a NAR voting delegate and voting member of the Conventional Lending and Finance Committee.

With all of the disturbing news on national TV, were thinking that this is a good time to list some of the many reasons we have cause to be thankful. The REAL ESTATE MARKET is improving in many ways.
