Older Boomers (aged 62 to 70 years) made up over 14 percent of all home buyers in 2016 and they are the most satisfied with their new home purchase at 92%.  What are some of the characteristics of this unique group of home buyers?

At the end of last month, I had the opportunity to attend an Economic Development Update Seminar hosted by the Bozeman Area Chamber of Commerce. The quantity and quality of pertinent information from an array of speakers provided much food for thought, and I wanted to share some of the highlights with you.
