Livingston Loves Trees is an organization made up of volunteers who are concerned about replenishing the trees in Livingston that were unfortunately lost to Dutch Elm Disease and those who want to be proactive against the Emerald Ash Borer Beetle that is headed our way. The agents at our ERA Landmark Livingston office are donating $1000 this year to Livingston Loves Trees, and pledge to continue their support through 2023 and 2024 by donating a portion of every transaction to the program.

The initial phase of the project will last 10 years, and the goal is to plant 100 trees per year adding diversity to the Elm and Ash trees population for resilience.  The budget is $32,000 per year and the trees are purchased from the Shields Valley Farm and…

Adam, a third-generation Montanan, was born in Billings and raised in Central Montana. He has been in the Livingston/Bozeman area since 2012, and is currently residing in the Shields Valley. Adam graduated from Montana State University while working seasonally for a seafood company in a remote Alaskan village in Bristol Bay. During Covid, Adam and his partner began purchasing and renovating properties which sparked his interest in real estate, especially the ins and outs of investment properties. We kicked off our annual Greater Gallatin United Way (GGUW) campaign with a presentation from United Way’s Director of Donor Engagement, Sylvia Drain, and President and CEO, Kimberly Hall. GGUW provides services under six different programs plus disaster response and community impact grants. Today we discussed two of those programs.
