Chelsea Stewart Ranks #27 in the Nation for 2022

ERA Landmark celebrates Chelsea Stewart for ranking #27 in the U.S. for sold volume by ERA Real Estate in 2022! The ERA network includes more than 2,390 offices and 40,500 independent REALTORS® across 33 countries and territories. Hanging her license with us in February 2021, Chelsea has risen in the ERA rankings through her hard work and local expert charm. Consecutively ranking in ERA's Circle of Success these past two years has proved her dedication to serving her clients. Recently this past year, she was honored locally in Bozeman, Montana with the 20 Under 40 award. ERA Landmark is proud to have Chelsea on our team and we can't wait to see her continue to succeed.

2022 Market Year-End Review

2022 Real Estate Recap

The old adage remains that the only thing constant in life is change and that proved to be true for the 2022 real estate market. What seemed like huge market swings in southwest Montana - say, increased inventory levels or increased days on the market - only felt dramatic because we had become accustomed to the unusual market conditions the previous 18 months. We’ve noticed a pause in buyer “frenzy” and wild sales prices. And that’s okay. We have to remind ourselves that homes selling in 48 hours at over asking price are not a healthy or sustainable market. It’s going to take some time to get used to this new feeling of homes “sitting on the market” with occasional price corrections, but nobody should panic. What the numbers…

ERA Landmark Associates Attend MAR Winter Meetings

ERA Landmark associates attended the 2023 Montana Association of REALTORS® (MAR) Winter Business Meetings held in Helena, January 18-20. Our broker/owner, Robyn Erlenbush, participated in Legislative Committee meetings which discussed relevant real estate topics of over 400 introduced bills. Amanda Weber was a member of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee which focuses on fair housing, "I was impressed with the overall leadership and organization of the committees and meetings," says Amanda about her experience. Brian Tudor attended on behalf of the MAR Board of Directors, GAR President-elect, and GAR Board of Directors and Executive Committee where they had the opportunity to mingle with our state representatives and Governor Greg Gianforte.…

ERA Landmark is proud to host the second annual Sweet Pea Festival’s Winter Art Show this year! As we start this new tradition to play along with our long-time standing summer Sweet Pea Art shows, we encourage our community to stop by to see the 55 art entries showing at our downtown location through the month of February.
