Lending a hand to help combat neuromuscular disease, ERA Landmark Real Estate will host the 7th Annual Agents of Hope Carnival at Bogert Park in Bozeman, Montana on Saturday, August 12, 2017 from 1pm until 5pm to raise funds for the Montana Chapter of the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA).

The community is invited to the park to play old-fashioned carnival games, win prizes, enjoy face painting, and play on fun inflatable activities. Summer’s almost here… is your backyard ready? Here’s what you need to do to get your backyard ready for outdoor fun.

1. Update your patio furniture. Clean and wipe it down, check the cushion covers for holes, and repair or replace as needed. Touch up any rust with a color-matched metal spray paint.

 

2. Clean your outdoor rugs. Many outdoor rugs are made of all-weather polypropylene, which makes them easy to clean with a pressure washer or a steam mop and some all-purpose cleaner.

We know that having all the facts makes for better real estate decisions. Let’s take a look at the condo and townhome market in the Bozeman and Belgrade area as reported in the Big Sky Country MLS.

At the end of April, there were 76 condo/townhome units available with an average list price of about $846,000. This is an increase in inventory compared to this same time last year. However, there are 115 units currently under contract for an average list price of $761,000, indicating a healthy level of buyer activity in the market. 

131 condo/townhome units have sold so far this year with an average sales price just below $500,000. In comparison, there were 174 units sold at the same time last year for an average of close to $590,000. The decline in…

The final adoption of the Bozeman Community Plan n also called the 2020 Growth Plan - is on the Bozeman City Commission’s agenda for tonight.

The plan is a blueprint for what growth in the valley should look like in the coming years. The city has had a growth plan since 1958 and the current version is an update to the plan adopted in 2001.

One issue that remains to be finalized in this plan update deals with whether portions of the Bridger foothills are designated as “future urban” or not.
