Make sure that boxes filled with essentials are clearly labeled so you can find them when you need them. When unpacking your home, we recommend going room-by-room, starting with the bedrooms and kitchen, saving non-necessity rooms for last

Transfer Utilities and Set up Trash Removal

Utilities may include cable and TV, internet, water and sewer, gas, electricity, satellite, security, trash and phone. Notify utility providers of your move a few weeks prior to your move. Ask us for our Utility Resource list for a list of providers and their contact information! Before closing, ask the sellers or neighbors for trash and recycling pickup timing.

But what exactly is it, and how can it benefit you? A buydown is a financial strategy that reduces a mortgage interest rate for a specific period. Typically, the buyer pays a fee upfront to achieve this lower rate. However, in a seller-paid buydown, the seller covers the cost of the buydown, allowing the buyer to enjoy a reduced mortgage payment without any upfront expense.

Montana State University is excited to announce the opening of its brand new Student Wellness Center! This state-of-the-art facility will serve as a haven for students that provides a welcoming and inclusive environment where students can focus on their well-being.
