Growth for Bozeman and the surrounding area continues! A 200-acre development in Belgrade could be the next commercial corridor coming soon. This development would be between Cameron Bridge Road and Frank Road along Jackrabbit Lane.
Amazon hopes to include a 53,000 square-foot distribution center here and there are plans for other retailers and an unnamed grocery store. If the plans are approved by the Belgrade City Council, the project includes future phases of numerous commercial plus some residential development as well. This project hopes to bring lots of job opportunities to Belgrade and surrounding area residents.
The Belgrade City Council will be voting to pass these plans soon and with an approval, the developers hope to break ground in the next couple of weeks!
