Residential inventory inside Bozeman city limits has decreased by 21% while outside the city limits has seen a slight increase of 4%. Belgrade and Manhattan/Three Forks continue to remain in line with last August, maintaining less than a 5% decrease in available inventory. (see graph below)
Areas from Bozeman city limits to Manhattan/Three Forks are seeing a steady flow of increased sales units when comparing year to date 2009. The average sold price inside the city limits of Bozeman is $275,009; the median is $237,389. (see graph below)
