ERA Landmark's Denise Andres was featured as the Agent Spotlight in ERA's December Network News.
 

Denise Andres, a sales associate at ERA Landmark Realty in Bozeman, MT has been with the ERA® brand since 1997 and has found a tremendous amount of success in the ERA® International Collection program. 
 

ERA Real Estate: How long have you been a member of the ERA International Collection? Why did you decide to join?

Denise: I don't recall exactly the year I became a member; perhaps it was in 2004 or 2005. I joined the ERA International Collection because I wanted to successfully work in the high-end niche.

ERA Real Estate: Do you believe that being a member of the International Collection has helped build your business? If so, how?

Denise: Yes! The education I got from the International Collection, particularly the classes taught by Laurie Moore Moore, was a strong foundation for working with luxury buyers and sellers.

ERA Real Estate: How does the International Collection help set you apart from competitors?

Denise: The special yard signs are very noticeable to buyers and to people who might be considering selling their homes and are looking for an agent. The broad website exposure provided by the International Collection (ERADistinctiveProperties.com, LuxuryRealEstate.com) is a competitive advantage as is the access to the Wall Street Journal's real estate section.

ERA Real Estate: What’s the #1 piece of advice you would give to other ERA sales associates?

Denise: If your goal is to work in the luxury market representing sellers and buyers, get all the training you can through the ERA International Collection as well as other training at the NAR conference or through the Institute of Luxury Home marketing. Become the expert in that niche. Make sure the quality of your marketing materials is congruent with your positioning yourself as a leader in luxury sales.
