ERA Real Estate, a leading global real estate franchisor, has named Denise Andres with ERA Landmark in Bozeman, Montana the 2012 Brenda W. Casserly Memorial Award winner. ERA Real Estate’s highest honor for a sales associate, the Brenda Casserly Memorial Award is presented annually to the system’s top all-around agent.
Charlie Young, president, and CEO of ERA Real Estate, presented Andres with the award during the opening night ceremony of the 2013 ERA International Business Conference, held in Austin, Texas March 21-24.
The top ERA Sales associate must demonstrate excellence in every aspect of real estate including sales, year-over-year growth, usage of ERA tools and services, and customer satisfaction.
The secret to her success has been flexibility in a changing market and prospecting at all price points as well as a commitment to service that is reflected in her high customer satisfaction ratings. As a graduate of UCLA’s Anderson School of Business, Andres employs business planning as a way to set, achieve and exceed performance goals.
“A consummate professional, Denise is extremely knowledgeable about her market and closely tracks key indicators, allowing her to align her business strategy with shifts in the market and to share her insights with her clients,” said Charlie Young, president and chief executive officer, ERA Franchise Systems LLC. "Denise takes immense pride in her work and we are deeply proud that she represents the ERA brand."
