Denise Andres was among the top real estate agents recognized for their excellence in real estate sales by global franchise leader ERA Franchise Systems LLC. The franchise network's most successful sales associates and selling brokers were honored at the company's annual invitation-only "Beyond Excellence" conference, held June 13-16 in Atlanta, Ga.

This year’s conference, “Beyond Excellence: Building A Smarter Community,” focused on business planning, connecting with homebuyers and sellers on their terms, and knowledge-sharing among top ERA sale associates. Andres was one of five top producers asked to present to the general assembly on innovative ideas.

Andres is currently ranked #5 in the nation for real estate sales based on Total Closed Production Volume through May among over 16,000 ERA Associates. As a Sales Associate with ERA Landmark for 12 years, Andres has earned many distinguished awards including the ERA National Leaders’ Circle each consecutive year since 1999, "1st in Customer Satisfaction" national awards from ERA Franchise System, and Gallatin Association of REALTORS® Salesperson of the Year 2001. Andres also holds the ABR, CRS, GRI, and GREEN designations, which provide her with the best sales tools in the industry.
