Robyn Erlenbush, Broker/Owner of ERA Landmark Real Estate, Denise Andres, Sales Associate at ERA Landmark, and Katie Haley Grimm, Broker at ERA Landmark Big Sky, recently attended The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing’s annual Leaders in Luxury (LIL) conference in Seattle. Over 100 real estate professionals working in the upper-tier home market across the U.S. and Canada gathered for the invitation-only educational and networking event. Denise Andres was a featured panelist for a discussion focused on the marketing and promotion of luxury properties and providing market insight to buyers and sellers.
Keynote speakers included Ken DeLeon of DeLeon Realty, who represented the Russian billionaire buyer in the record-setting $100 million residential sale in California’s Silicon Valley in 2011, as well as New York City top producer Patrick Lilly from the Manhattan boutique brokerage CORE. Also keynoting at the event was Brian Dennehy, Chief Marketing Officer for luxury retailer Nordstrom, Inc.
