ERA Landmark Real Estate Broker/Owner Robyn Erlenbush and Operations Manager Kelly Bresnahan joined colleagues from across the country to network at the 2014 ERA® Broker Business Forum: (RE) Imagine, (RE) Engage, (RE) Commit, hosted by ERA Franchise Systems LLC on October 6-8 in Miami, Florida.

“The purpose of the event is to provide ERA Real Estate brokers and managers with valuable content and ideas that they can take back to their businesses,” said Charlie Young, president and CEO of ERA Real Estate.

Conference participants experienced collaboration roundtables where fellow brokers shared best practices, success stories, and ideas with one another on topics such as working with builders, utilizing social media, and recruiting and retaining millennials. Erlenbush and Bresnahan facilitated a roundtable discussion on strategic planning.

“Often, the most valuable facet of the forum is to enable our incredibly smart and talented community to collaborate with one another while celebrating the brand’s collective success,” said Young. “Robyn’s accomplishments are an integral component of ERA Real Estate’s success as a whole and her participation in this industry-unique event was invaluable to not only the event but the entire ERA Real Estate community."
