Sue Frye, Sales Associate at ERA Landmark Real Estate, is the winner of the ERA International Collection Sapphire Award. This distinguished award honors Frye for her luxury market expertise and her successful sales record in the $850,000 home market over the past two years. Frye was also honored as one of the Top 15 associates in the nation in 2009 for overall production in all price ranges, including starter homes, condominiums, and vacant land, by global real estate leader ERA Franchise Systems, Inc. Frye was recognized for these outstanding achievements at the 2010 ERA International Business Conference, held March 14-17 in Nashville, Tenn.

Representing the most desirable properties listed by ERA associates around the world, the ERA International Collection program delivers members a competitive edge in the luxury marketplace. The Sapphire Award honors the International Collection member who has taken actionable steps in the previous year to work effectively and competitively with the luxury market.

Frye continues to succeed amongst the top ERA associates throughout the ERA network, which includes more than 33,000 brokers and sales associates, and approximately 2,800 offices throughout the United States and 50 other countries and territories. Frye entered the real estate industry in 1983 and since 1988 has consistently ranked nationally in ERA’s Top Ten. For ten of those years, she ranked #1. These rankings and recognitions would not be possible without her total commitment to her clients and customers and their loyalty to her.
