Regional and national buyers are recognizing the values within the Big Sky market and are buying their legacy properties in record numbers. We’ve broken some stats down for you showing residential and condo inventory and sales for the last three years.
Residential inventory in Big Sky has decreased 7% from 2009 and we continue to see a decrease in inventory in the condo market of 16%. See the graph below.

Both residential and condo units have seen a significant increase in sales since 2008-2009 levels. The average sold price for residential inventory in Big Sky is $827,461. For condo inventory, the average sales price dips just under the 2008 levels, at $330,952.
