Big Sky inventory has declined by 7% and Livingston has remained steady compared to August last year. (see graph below)
Big Sky and Livingston, both, continue to see significant increases in sold units, between 35-45% over the year to date 2009. In Big Sky, the average sold price is $719,407; the median is $582,500 while in Livingston, the average sold price is $226,796 and the median is $169,000 which is slightly down from the same time last year. (see graph below)
